- A health questionnaire before arrival and clear guidance on who your programme does not suit
- No medical or healing claims, no pressure selling
- Small groups, named teachers with verifiable training
- A written list of what the price includes and a fair cancellation policy
- Respect for the place: water, energy, local staff and neighbours
